1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Trade Radar at sourcing.businesssupport.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service
Trade Radar provides market price estimates and demand intelligence data to help traders and exporters understand global market conditions for products. All price figures are estimates based on category benchmarks and import premiums — they are not real-time live prices sourced directly from marketplaces.
3. Free tier and paid plans
- Free accounts receive 3 analyses per month. Unused analyses do not roll over.
- Pro accounts (paid) receive unlimited analyses and additional features as described at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing paying customers.
- No refunds are provided for unused Pro analyses within a billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to make actual financial or investment decisions without independent verification of all data.
- Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the Service's output data without written permission.
- Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or access controls.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Submit false or misleading information during registration.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- Price estimates are accurate, complete, or current.
- Demand data reflects actual consumer behaviour.
- The Service will be available without interruption.
- Results are suitable for any particular trading, investment, or business decision.
All data is for informational and research purposes only. Always verify pricing with actual marketplace listings before committing to any trade.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
7. Intellectual property
The Trade Radar name, logo, software, and original content are owned by Business Support Services (India) and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (e.g. product names). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use submitted data to provide and improve the Service.
8. Third-party data sources
Demand estimates use search volume intelligence derived from aggregated public data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnering with Google, Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, or any marketplace mentioned in price estimates. Marketplace names are used for reference only.
9. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@businesssupport.in. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
